Minimum private pay charge: $3400 per month.


Services provided:

• A NAR (Nursing Assistant - Registered) is the provider
• Hospice and End of Life
• Two Person Assists and/or Hoyer Lift
• Caregivers certified for delegation of insulin.
• Accepts Wanderers
• Accepts residents that are resistive to care
• Has Awake night shift
• Caregivers certified for delegation of insulin.
• Would consider Respite Care
• Accepts Medicaid with conditions. Check Notes

Experienced with:

Dementia, Alzheimer's and Mental Health
End-of-life care
Stroke, heart and lung problems
Diabetes non-insulin dependent, Insulin dependent
Incontinence care, Foley catheter management, Ostomy care, Feeding tube
Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis
Rehabilitation 
Very heavy patients
Paraplegics
Complicated wound care

Other Services:

RN on-call 
Medications assistance and management 
Visiting Podiatrist
Transportation to and from doctor appointments available  ($50-100)
Pharmacy service with delivery
Assistance and supervision with activities of daily living.
Visiting Beautician - Barber / Manicure / Pedicure  (circle)
Home cooked meals and snacks; special diets accommodated
Laundry and housekeeping services
Roll-in shower
Individualized exercise programs. Range of motion
Activities program tailored to residents needs, interests, and abilities 
Daily social and recreational activities
Trips to library, restaurants, parks, etc.
Holiday and birthday celebrations with residents and families
Library Services (trips to library / mobile services)
Senior Center available with transportation
Telephone, cable TV hook ups in rooms
Internet access
We assist with arrangements with Cabulance and Dart rides for various appointments or outings.
