• Two Person Assists and/or Hoyer Lift
• Injection capability and sliding scale insulin
• Accepts Wanderers
• Accepts Exit Seekers
• Accepts residents that are resistive to care
• Has Awake night shift
• Would consider Wound Care
• Accepts Medicaid with conditions. Check Notes

Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s Disease
Diabetes, Stroke, Cardiac Disease, Wound Care,
Colostomy, Ileostomy, Oxygen Therapy,
Rehabilitation, Catheter Care, Hospice, Long Term Commitments.

Daily Exercise, Walks, Bingo Outings, Laundry,
Daily papers, Reader's Digest, Afternoon tea time, trivia.
Transportation to appointments (at additional fee)
Injection, anticoagulation monitoring / therapy
