• Has Awake night shift
• Would consider Respite Care
• Would consider Wound Care
• Would consider residents with MRSA
• Accepts Medicaid

Stroke, heart and lung problems
Diabetes non-insulin dependent -  Insulin dependent
Incontinence care, Foley catheter management, Ostomy care, Feeding tube

Rehabilitation

LPN owned and RN on call 24/7
Medications assistance and management 
RN foot care
Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy available on-site
Transportation to and from doctor appointments available  in an emergency.
Pharmacy service with delivery
Oxygen, Trach care
Assistance and supervision with activities of daily living. Visiting Beautician - Barber / Manicure / Pedicure  
Home cooked meals and snacks; special diets accommodated
Laundry and housekeeping services
Individualized exercise programs. Range of motion
Activities program tailored to residents needs, interests, and abilities 
Daily social and recreational activities
Trips to library, restaurants, parks, etc.
