• A NAR (Nursing Assistant - Registered) is the provider
• Hospice and End of Life
• Visiting Primary Care Physician available (House Doctor)
• Two Person Assists and/or Hoyer Lift
• Accepts residents that are resistive to care
• Monitors residents at night
• Would consider Respite Care
• Would consider Wound Care
• Accepts Medicaid with conditions. See Notes

End-of-life care
Stroke, heart and lung problems
Diabetes non-insulin dependent 
Incontinence care, Foley catheter management, Ostomy care
Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis

Assistance and supervision with activities of daily living.
