Experienced with:

Grand Heaven AFH is prepared to care for: mental health,
Alzheimer's / dementia, DD, stroke, hospice, bedridden, 
blindness, deafness, cancer, catheter, oxygen, incontinence,
wheelchairs, toileting, grooming, bathing, ambulating, 
medical assistance, Medication administration under 
nurse delegation.

24 hour a day, 7-day a week CNA with cheerful attitude.
RN on-call.

Other Services:

The hall opens onto a large deck and back yard with wheelchair and walker accessible ramp.

The deck and backyard are a favorite area to enjoy the sun,
beautiful flowers, victory garden or take part in a barbecue.

Residents’ family members are always welcome at Grand Heaven AFH.
Special activities are created to involve family members in any way they wish, and are designed around each resident's interests and abilities.
